of Andrew FitzGerald is a small firm, not a "settlement factory." We believe in doing our homework and ensuring
there are no "loose ends" that could haunt you later. We believe it is of utmost importance that there are no errors
or omissions in your documents when you arrive for settlement. So when you work with us, you'll receive draft documents well
in advance of your settlement. You'll have ample time to review them, and Andrew FitzGerald will be available by phone or

those big firm rates.
